DESCRIPTION:Class Information\n\nAges: Children ages 6-12\nLanguage Level: 
 No prior Spanish experience required\n\nDescription:\nThis welcoming drop-
 off Spanish class is designed for children ages 5–12 and provides a supp
 ortive place to begin learning and using Spanish. Children participate ind
 ependently with the guidance and support of their instructor.\n\nThroughou
 t the session\, children learn through seasonal themes\, vocabulary\, and 
 activities. As the seasons change\, they explore new Spanish words and phr
 ases connected to the time of year\, nature\, holidays\, and everyday expe
 riences\, while continuing to build on what they have already learned.\n\n
 Through a variety of songs\, games\, stories\, movement\, conversation\, a
 nd hands-on activities\, children practice listening and speaking and beco
 me familiar with useful Spanish words and expressions. Activities are adap
 ted to the children in the class and provide opportunities for both younge
 r and older learners to participate\, practice\, and use Spanish.\n\nChild
 ren are encouraged to participate at their own pace and become more comfor
 table hearing and using Spanish as the session progresses.\n\nRegistration

 meet on Feb 11 &amp\; Mar 25\n\nA $15 Materials &amp\; Classroom Resource
