Ages: Adults 18+
Language Level: Advanced — For adults who have completed Level 3 or have equivalent Spanish experience
Description:
This advanced Spanish class is for adults who already have a strong foundation in Spanish and are ready to continue developing their speaking, listening, vocabulary, and communication skills.
Building on the skills developed in Level 3, students have regular opportunities to participate in longer conversations and more detailed discussions. Topics include everyday life, cultural experiences, current interests, travel, work, and other practical subjects that give students opportunities to express ideas, share experiences, ask questions, and respond in Spanish.
Grammar and vocabulary are practiced in context, helping students strengthen what they already know while learning new ways to express themselves. Guided speaking activities give students time to practice, listen to others, and become more comfortable communicating in a variety of situations.
This class provides a supportive place for adults who want to keep using Spanish, expand their vocabulary, and continue developing their conversational skills at an advanced level.
No Class: Please note, this class will not meet on Feb 13 & Mar 27
Materials & Classroom Resource Fee: A $15 fee is collected by the instructor on the first day of class. Please bring the fee in cash in an envelope with your name on it.
