Release of Liability, Assumption of Risk & Policies

At ILSCA, our priority is creating a safe, supportive, and positive learning environment for every student. By registering, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Release of Liability

Participation in ILSCA classes and programs is voluntary.

By enrolling yourself and/or your child, you agree to release International Language School for Children & Adults (ILSCA), Pitzer College, Grace Lutheran, and their staff, instructors, contractors, and representatives from liability for injuries, losses, or damages that may occur during participation in classes, events, or related activities — including those held on location or during transportation to and from activities.

2. Assumption of Risk

You understand that participation in educational programs and activities may involve certain inherent risks. By registering, you voluntarily assume responsibility for these risks on behalf of yourself and/or your child.

3. Agreement Binding

This agreement applies to my family, heirs, and personal representatives. By signing, I agree to a full RELEASE and WAIVER of claims against the College.

4. Medical Responsibility

ILSCA does not provide medical insurance coverage for participants.

In the event of illness or injury, you agree to assume full responsibility for any medical expenses incurred and release ILSCA and affiliated facilities from liability related to such costs.

ILSCA celebrates learning and community. From time to time, we may take photographs during classes or events to share the joy of language learning.

By registering, you grant ILSCA permission to use photos of yourself and/or your child in promotional or educational materials, including:

• Website
• Social media
• Flyers and brochures
• Newsletters

No compensation will be provided for use of these images.

Opt-Out Option

You may request exclusion from photography at any time by emailing:

We fully respect your preference.

We understand that plans can change.

To request a prorated refund, please submit a written request at least 72 hours before the second class of the session.

After the second class, refunds, credits, or transfers are not available.
