Language Level: Level 1 — For adults with no prior Spanish experience or those who would like to refresh and start again from the beginning
Description:
This welcoming class is for adults who are new to Spanish as well as those who have studied Spanish in the past and would like to refresh their skills and begin using Spanish again. Lessons introduce everyday words, phrases, and expressions while giving students opportunities to listen and speak from the beginning.
The focus is on conversation and practical communication. Through guided conversations, questions and answers, everyday topics, and interactive activities, students practice speaking Spanish with the instructor and other students. Grammar and vocabulary are introduced in context, giving students opportunities to review what they remember while learning and practicing new language.
Whether you are starting Spanish for the first time or returning after a break, this class provides a comfortable place to practice conversation, ask questions, and build your skills at a comfortable pace.
No Class: Please note, this class will not meet on Feb 13 & Mar 27
Materials & Classroom Resource Fee: A $15 fee is collected by the instructor on the first day of class. Please bring the fee in cash in an envelope labeled with your name.
