Class Information
Ages: Children ages 5–12
Language Level: No prior French experience required
Description:
This welcoming French class introduces children to the language through themes and vocabulary connected to the seasons.
Throughout the year, children learn new French words and phrases related to the world around them, with lessons changing and building as the seasons change. Through songs, games, movement, stories, and hands-on activities, children practice listening, speaking, and understanding while using French in meaningful and age-appropriate ways.
Each season brings new vocabulary and activities, while continuing to build on language children have already learned. Children participate at their own pace and become more comfortable hearing and using French as they practice together.
This is a drop-off class, and children participate independently with the guidance and support of their instructor.

A $15 Materials & Classroom Resource Fee is collected by the instructor on the first day of class to support materials and resources provided for the course.
