Tuition may be paid by Zelle, check, or cash.

Credit card payments can be processed through a secure third-party provider (such as PayPal). Processing fees may apply.

Returned checks are subject to a $25 service fee.

Progress depends on consistency and active participation. The more regularly you engage with the language, the more natural it will begin to feel.

Our programs are designed to support steady growth, but real progress happens when students practice beyond the classroom. Even small daily habits — speaking whenever possible, reading simple texts, listening to music, or watching shows in the language — can make a meaningful difference.

Language develops through exposure and repetition. With consistent practice and a supportive learning environment, confidence builds over time.

Students are placed based on age, prior experience, and comfort level with the language. When needed, we offer a brief assessment to ensure proper placement.

Our goal is to place each student in a setting where they feel appropriately challenged and supported.

Most group programs are intentionally small to encourage participation and conversation. Small-group settings allow students to practice speaking regularly while receiving individual attention within the program structure.

Group programs require a minimum number of students to launch. If enrollment is low, families will be notified and may be offered an alternative schedule, private instruction, or a refund

No prior experience is required for beginner-level programs. We offer classes for a range of levels, from introductory to more advanced learners.

If you’re unsure which level is appropriate, we’re happy to guide you through placement to ensure a comfortable and supportive start.

Students should bring a notebook and something to write with. Instructors may provide or request specific materials at the beginning of the session.

For younger children, we recommend comfortable clothing and a positive attitude ready to participate.
