Our Summer Spanish Immersion Camp is super special! Kids (ages 3-12) explore the Spanish language and awesome Latin American culture – no passport needed! 🌎 Think fun activities, cool cultural experiences, and memories that will last forever!
What’s in Store for Your Child?
- Awesome Activities: Get ready for exciting themes, like cultural activities, music 🎶, dance 💃, art 🎨, crafts, games ⚽, and more! It’s a week full of learning and laughter!
- Perfect Location: We’re at beautiful Pitzer College! We’ll use cool classrooms and the great outdoors!
- Fun Curriculum: Designed for kids 3-12, our camp is all about learning by doing! We mix fun and learning, focusing on Latin American culture. All Spanish levels are welcome! Kids are grouped by age.
- Dive into Spanish: We make learning Spanish fun! Lessons are filled with Latin American culture and taught with pictures, art, stories, and more! We help kids talk and use their new words in real life!
What a Typical Day Looks Like:
- 9:00-9:30 am: Hello!
- 9:30-10:00 am: Craft Time!
- 10:00-10:30 am: Story Time!
- 10:30-11:00 am: Snack, Music, and Outdoor Games!
- 11:00-11:30 am: Song & Art Time
- 11:30-11:45 am: Dance Party (Cumbia!)
- 11:45 am – 12:00 pm: Goodbye!

Our team of experienced Spanish instructors brings passion, expertise, and a love for language learning!
Nuria Fortier – Camp Director, originally from Mexico, with over a decade of experience in language education.
Angela Martinez – From Peru, specializing in immersion-based teaching methods with 20 years of experience.
Florida Rojas – From Colombia, an expert in dynamic and engaging Spanish instruction.
Stephanie Ibarra – UCLA graduate and dual-language educator, committed to making Spanish learning fun and effective.

- What Ages? Kids 3-12! We group them by age and Spanish level.
- What’s “Spanish Immersion?” Kids are surrounded by Spanish all day! They learn by playing and doing fun stuff!
- My Child Speaks No Spanish – Is That Okay? Totally! We welcome everyone! Our fun way of teaching helps everyone learn!
- What to Wear? Comfy clothes for playing! Hat and sunscreen too!
